Mario Testino has created a coffee table book showcasing his most personal and public pictures of the beautiful Kate Moss. The two have supported each other through their flourishing careers and now Testino is really showcasing his muse. The book will retail for £300 and only 1,500 limited edition copies will be released… Now how on earth am i going to get my hands on this masterpiece??? xxx

Last Night i assisted Namalee on  an amazing project! The great photographer Perou teamed up wit 125Magazine to create a fashion meets art meets photography meets exhibition randomness to create a 16 page spread for the next issue of the publication (The Art Issue)! The whole event was filmed and is going to look amazing! T’was a LOOONG old evening… But Definitely Worth it!

Down in the Dumps of Fashion

EEEEEKKK, its been a while! I must apologise for my lack of blogging action!! It’s been a quiet time in the land of me, not because i havent been busy but quite frankly i have been feeling a little uninspired by this fashion malarkey! It’s quite scary actually, on my recent vintage rummage i found absolutely nothing…. so I travelled over to the high-street fave (good ol’ Philip Greens corner shop) and found absolutely nothing!!

And sadly guys and gals it doesn’t stop there! every one who works in fashion or is working towards working in fashion im sure will agree, every now and then we just get this sudden pang of ” WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING”!!! this stupid career isn’t going to cure aids, help starving children, cut carbon emissions or even help with peace of mind, this career is likely to give a ton of young girls a scary eating disorder and that’s about it!

I fear i may end up like a cat woman (but replace the word cat with shoe, handbag or earring) i may die with nothing to show for my existence except a room full of unpractical and way too expensive shoes! OK so I am clearly having a woe is me moment but its true…. i sometimes do wonder why i am dedicating my entire working life to something with such little depth…. when i am actually quite a deep person, incase you didn’t know

Ahh well, im sure next week i will be bouncing back from this coma with a pair  of fresh spangaly new shoes that i just wont be able to wait to show you guys.
